Дом находится в золотой середине между пляжем и магазинами, рынком.
К парку у санатория Форос - прогулочным шагом минут 10-15 (в парке тоже есть пляжи),
к ближайшему пляжу "Зеленый" можно спуститься от дома по тенистой лестнице и еще пару минут и Вы на пляже.

У 5го этажа/5эт. дома есть преимущество - никто не прыгает над головой и вид замечательный:
